From Naples or Sorrento: Positano, Amalfi & Ravello Day Trip

About This Experience
This is a guided small-group day trip from Naples (or Sorrento) to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello, run by IAMME IA! - Gray Line Amalfi Coast. An official local guide gives an introduction in each of the three towns and shares tips before the free time starts. Guiding is in English, Spanish, French and German. A private version is also sold, and the price below is for the small-group tour in English.
The route is a 40-minute drive to Positano with a guided introduction and free time, then a shared speedboat to Amalfi of about 30 minutes (April to October, sea conditions permitting). You spend 2 hours in Amalfi, 40 minutes on the road up to Ravello, 75 minutes there, and about 50 minutes back. In winter, from November to March, the transfer is by bus and a visit to the Arsenal of the Amalfi Republic is added.
The price is from $122 per person (checked October 2026). Hotel pickup and drop-off, entrance tickets and food and drinks are not included. An optional Amalfi boat tour is sold as an add-on at booking, and infants are free but sit on an adult’s lap.
It suits travelers who want a real guide, some commentary at each stop and the arrival at Amalfi by sea. It is rated 4.7 from 2,325 GetYourGuide reviews. Lower-rated reviews describe a rushed pace, a combined group of about 30 on one day, a vehicle with poor air-conditioning and not enough warning about extras. Wheelchair users and people with mobility impairments are not catered for.

The tour guide Roberto was exceptional. So humorous. Fantastic guy. Looked after us all despite some of the group not able to follow instruction. Fantastic tour. The boat trip was great that we could see the coast from the water. A long day but wow the places we saw. Stunning.
