From Naples: Premium Tour of Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi

4.8 (5,186 verified reviews)

About This Experience

This is an 8.5-hour bus and minibus tour from Naples to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi, run by GIROMONDO SRL. A driver and a guide travel with the group, and the listing mentions commentary on board, water bottles and a limoncello tasting. Pickup is from six listed points in Naples. Sorrento is on the Sorrentine Peninsula, so the Amalfi Coast starts with Positano on this route.

The day runs in this order: about 1 hour of driving to a viewpoint for a 15-minute break, 20 minutes on to Sorrento (75 minutes), 30 minutes to Positano (75 minutes), 50 minutes to Amalfi (2 hours, with time for coffee, street food and shopping) and then back to the pickup points. The listing says you are back in Naples around 4:30 or 5 p.m.

The price is from $101 per person without lunch and $135 with lunch (checked October 2026). The lunch version is the one to pick if you do not want to spend your Amalfi time looking for a table. Water on board and the tasting are in the price, and the listing names no exclusions.

It suits people who want the three most-photographed towns with a longer stop in Amalfi. It is rated 4.8 from 5,186 GetYourGuide reviews. The operator says it is not recommended for cruise ship passengers and is not suitable for wheelchair users or babies under 1. Lower-rated reviews mention roughly an hour per town feeling rushed, fast driving on the bends and little guiding on foot at the stops.

What Travelers Say

Rated 4.8/5 by 5,186 verified GetYourGuide travelers.

The trip was very nice. And our tour guide Tony was very friendly funny and helpful. In every stop gave us directions to where to go and what we have to see. Also the driver Mimo was very enthusiastic and good . They did our experience even better.

Nice views of the area, but due to the distance from Naples, and between cities, had very little time to enjoy each area. Good overview of the Amalfi coast, but will want to visit individual towns for more time.

Fabri and Raefelle were excellent! Best tour yet. Fabri’s sense of humor made the trip fun! Raefelle was an awesome driver!
